Thick slices of cauliflower are grilled and slathered with a deliciously healthy BBQ sauce. This revamped “Q” is made without the use of added sugar, reduced balsamic vinegar gives this sauce tang and sweetness.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together bbq sauce ingredients until smooth. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Cut cauliflower into slices.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush cauliflower with bbq sauce, and grill for 6–7 minutes, flipping once half way through.
- Remove from the grill, and brush with any additional bbq sauce. Garnish with scallions and parsley before serving.
Tip: This sauce is really good slathered on everything—tofu, vegetables, seitan, chicken, seafood… it will keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
