This is a very tasty, healthy frozen treat, perfect for cooling down and satisfying your sweet tooth. Coconut mango frozen yogurt bark is loaded with fresh toasted coconut, slightly sweetened Greek yogurt, and mango.
Makes 1 cookie sheet of bark
- Whisk yogurt, coconut milk and honey until smooth. Scrape mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Evenly spread yogurt and sprinkle with fresh mango, dried mango, coconut flakes and coconut chips.
- Freeze bark for a minimum of 4 hours or until hardened. Break up and serve.
Tip: Store in the freezer for up to a month, if this bark lasts that long.
