This pumpkin spice latte is just slightly sweet (adjust sweetness, if needed), with warming spices and earthy pumpkin flavor.

1. Heat Planet Oat oatmilk, pumpkin, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming (not boiling), whisking frequently. Remove from heat.
2. Add a shot of espresso into two mugs. Whisk oat milk mixture vigorously to create foam, then pour over top espresso, holding back the foam as you pour. Add foam, then top with optional non-dairy whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice. Serve hot.
