Sriracha Garlic Savory Oatmeal
Yes, oatmeal is fabulous savory or sweet. This version adds a bit of spice by simmering the oats with sriracha and garlic all topped with soft boiled eggs, arugula, turkey sausage, and sweet potatoes.

Instructions:
- Bring vegetable broth to a simmer over medium-high heat. Sir in oats, garlic, and sriracha. Cover, and reduce heat to low.
- Cook for 3–5 minutes or until oats are slightly soupy and cooked thoroughly.
- Bring a large pot of water, filled halfway, to a boil. Gently put eggs into the pot, and continue to boil for 6 minutes. Remove the eggs and place in a ice water bath until chilled. Peel when ready to serve.
- To serve, evenly divide oatmeal, toppings, and eggs. Sprinkle with chives, salt, and pepper before serving.
