This savory and spicy Sichuan sauce, Tai Bai is used as a rub for this turkey, baby bok choy, and shiitake mushroom sheet pan meal. Tai Bai is made with five spice, peppers, honey and wine, making it a super delicious meal.

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a sheet pan with pan release spray.
- In a food processor, blend together peppercorns, five spice, jalapeno, red bell pepper, oil, honey, wine, and soy sauce, forming a paste.
- Rub paste into turkey slices, bok choy, and mushrooms. Arrange evenly on a sheet pan, and bake for 20 minutes or until turkey is cooked thoroughly.
- Sprinkle with scallion, sesame seeds, and peanuts before serving.
