Charred Cumin Cauliflower with Tahini Honey
A super easy side dish that whips up in no time. Break out the grill or crank up the oven, charred cauliflower begs to be drizzled with this garlicky tahini honey sauce.

Instructions:
- Preheat broiler.
- Blanch cauliflower in a large simmering pot of water for 8 minutes or until al dente, drain, and pat dry with paper towels. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Broil for 4–5 minutes or until moderately charred.
- While cauliflower is cooking, whisk tahini, garlic, honey, and cilantro into a medium bowl until smooth. Drizzle over hot cauliflower before serving.
Tip: You can make the sauce ahead of time and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
