Healthy Grilled Fish Sandwiches

These healthy grilled fish sandwiches are deliciously topped with shaved vegetables, tomato slices and a light contemporary tartar sauce.

Serves 4

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Season fish filets with salt and pepper and spray with pan release spray. Grill for 6-7 minutes, flipping half way through, or until fish is cooked. Set aside until ready to serve.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together tartar sauce ingredients until smooth, keep chilled until ready to serve.
  3. Split rolls and spread with tartar sauce, top with grilled fish, fennel, cucumber, onion, celery, tomato slices and parsley.
