Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing certain mantras for years, there are plenty of instructions for both beginners and experts. You can time your sessions, record and track your stats to see your progress.

This menu application is simple, and puts you in more control of what you do with it. Its simple purpose is to set off a bell at whatever desired times you preset it to. The bell is supposed to be a reminder to take a few minutes to clear your head.
