Blushing Berry Sorbet
Juicy strawberries are a summer staple, and this recipe is loaded with them—as well as complementary, subtle notes of rosé.

Combine the water, sugar, lemon juice, and strawberries in a saucepan, and bring the mixture to a boil.

Lower the heat to a simmer, and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for another 5 minutes or until the strawberries are reduced.

Stir in the rosé, and pour the mixture into a metal loaf pan. Freeze for at least 6 hours before serving.
