Cocktail Turkey Meatballs with Jalapeño Pepper Jelly
Homemade turkey meatballs are slow simmered with pepper jelly for an easy appetizer that will be a hit at any potluck or party.
Serves 6-8
Ingredients
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Add all ingredients (except the spicy pepper jelly) to a large bowl and use your hands to combine. Then roll the meatball mixture into balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, and place meatballs in a slow cooker set to high. Spoon in spicy pepper jelly and stir to combine. Cover, and cook for 2 hours. Serve warm.
Tips: Want more heat? Add some diced fresh jalapeños to the slow cooker while the meatballs simmer.
