Healthy Grilled Fish Sandwiches
These healthy grilled fish sandwiches are deliciously topped with shaved vegetables, tomato slices and a light contemporary tartar sauce.

Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium high heat. Season fish filets with salt and pepper and spray with pan release spray. Grill for 6-7 minutes, flipping half way through, or until fish is cooked. Set aside until ready to serve.
- In a medium bowl whisk together tartar sauce ingredients until smooth, keep chilled until ready to serve.
- Split rolls and spread with tartar sauce, top with grilled fish, fennel, cucumber, onion, celery, tomato slices and parsley.
