This show-stopping healthy dark chocolate bark recipe is studded with almonds, pepitas, chia seeds, dried berries and flaky sea salt. Loaded with healthy superfoods, it’s the perfect guilt-free snack.
Makes 1 cookie sheet of bark
- Melt chocolate over a double boiler.
- Scrape melted chocolate onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Evenly spread chocolate and sprinkle with strawberries, blueberries, almonds, pepitas, sesame seeds, chia seeds and sea salt.
- Refrigerate bark for 2 hours or until hardened. Break up and serve.
Tips: Store in the freezer for up to a month, if this bark lasts that long
