Creamy key lime flavored filling is layered in between crushed vanilla wafers and whipped light cream. A guilt-free treat perfect for summer.

Serves 4

Instructions:

1. Mix yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, cream cheese and condensed milk in an electric mixer until smooth. Keep refrigerated until ready to assemble the parfaits.
   
2. Pipe key lime filling into jars and alternate with layers of crushed cookies and whip topping. Garnish with lime slices before serving.
