DAY 6: Don’t Forget to Stretch
Technically, you should warm-up for at least a few minutes before every workout. But you can also make stretching part of your weekly fitness regime! Try these dynamic stretches, which incorporate basic yoga and Pilates movements, to relieve muscle tension all while burning calories.
Hold for 30 seconds.
Once you’ve made it through the first six days of workouts, repeat in whichever order you choose for another six days to complete your twelve days of fitness challenge. If there are other moves you favor, you can replace the ones suggested with exercises you know work for you or incorporate them into this schedule.
