The taste of childhood just got veganized! These vegan joes sub out the beef for delicious lentils and seitan, simmered in the sloppiest of sauces.

- In a medium sauce pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute onions, garlic, and peppers for 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in lentils, seitan, salt, chili, cumin, paprika, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and hot sauce. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
- Serve sloppy joes on hamburger buns with vegan cheese, onion, and pickles.
Tips: This recipe is great for sliders or for a tasty topping for vegan hot dogs!
