Malt and Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies
These whole wheat cookies are loaded with dark chocolate and chocolate malt before being baked and topped with flaky sea salt.

- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- In a electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment mix together flour, baking powder, cornstarch and malted milk powder until combined. Add in coconut oil, egg whites, ½ cup milk, vanilla, brown sugar and chocolate chips and mix until dough forms.
- Scoop dough onto a slightly greased parchment lined baking sheet, 1 inch apart, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cookies are fluffy and cooked completely. Let cool for 15 minutes.
- Brush tops of cookies with remaining milk and sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
