Vegan Sloppy Joes
Lentils and seitan are used in place of beef in this vegan twist on sloppy joes.

Instructions:
- In a medium saucepot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute onions, garlic, and peppers for 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in lentils, seitan, salt, chili, cumin, paprika, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and hot sauce. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
- Serve sloppy joes on hamburger buns with vegan cheese, onion, and pickles.
Tips: This recipe is also great for sliders or for a tasty topping for vegan hot dogs!
