Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
Overnight oats have become a breakfast staple. Make this delicious and healthy take on a seasonal favorite!

Instructions:
1. Combine Planet Oat oatmilk, oats, pumpkin, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, flax seed and salt together in a large mixing bowl. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. When ready to serve, spoon oats into 4 mason jars (or bowls), top with a dollop of non-dairy yogurt and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
