  • Cassia

orange

Ginger, in many of its forms, has always been used to treat stomach pain and nausea, promoting digestion.

Orange oil is known for its mental health benefits. The benefits come from the orange peel, and it’s said that the smell reduces your pulse rate and salivary cortisol. This is usually released when your body is anxious, which is why it helps you relax and can make you happy.

Cassia, like ginger, is also very well known for its effectiveness in aiding digestion and nausea.

  • Cypress
  • Frankincense
  • Ginger
  • Wild orange

Cypress is a diuretic, which helps get rid of excess salt, water, and toxins from the body.

Frankincense is supposed to help your body by reducing your heart rate and blood pressure, which will help promote relaxation.

*Many essential oils are very potent which is why they are so effective. Though, it is important to read directions for each oil carefully, and dilute with water because of potency. If you have any serious medical conditions, it is important to talk to a doctor before using any essential oils.
