Going solo in a weight loss journey sounds good in theory, but sometimes, it’s better to do it with a buddy (or a few dozen). Try something new and organize a weight loss challenge with coworkers! To give people a bigger incentive to stick to their goals, have there be a fee to participate, with whoever losing the most weight winning the pot at the end of the challenge. We created a spreadsheet for you that makes it easy to keep track of everyone’s stats, including amount lost. Give people their own trackers as well so they can see how they’re doing on their own.
